Change

You’re not the same person

you used to be.

and I know

nor am I.

Time changed

so did we

and one day,

we will die.

Crushed to earth

burnt to ashes.

That is how we may end.

Maybe

this is the last we meet.

Fate it is,

none can comprehend.

Till that day

the last breath.

To love,

to loathe,

to aid.

We have life

to live like us.

To solve

but make a fuss.

Neither do we stop changing

nor does fate.

For better or worse?

My friend,

that’s the debate.
